André William Gregory is a French-born American theatre director, writer and actor. He is best known for co-writing and starring in My Dinner with Andre, a 1981 film directed by Louis Malle, alongside his protégé Wallace Shawn. Gregory studied acting at The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre in New York City.
