During the introduction of Ezra and Eli GreyWolf; the antagonists, the story flashes back to their youth in the early 1940s and their days served in World War II. BEASTS not only introduces you to the characters in the work, but lets you peer into the minds and lives of the killers, their reasoning behind their actions and their beliefs.
