A candid portrait of a woman who always makes choices—and rarely takes the safe path. She loves winning. A glass of wine. Her family. And speaking her mind. Estavana Polman has become the face of Dutch handball: a world champion, a fan favorite, and a media personality. But behind the moments of triumph lies the pressure of years of performing under intense strain, the demands of motherhood, and a body that increasingly signals the true cost of elite-level sport. In *Gewoon Estavana*, you follow her through the final years of her career: from Papendal to the split with "her" Esbjerg, and from Bucharest to the question that looms ever larger—how much longer?
