About the friendship, struggles, and worries of two high school students. Angelica is close friends with Chinta and Aurel. In their daily lives, Angelica feels that Chinta is being marginalized and excluded from the group. Over time, Angelica senses that there is something else weighing on Chinta, leading her to feel that she must do something for her friend—to show she cares. “Menggenggam Peduli” is a short film that highlights the values of empathy and friendship amidst differences. Directed by William Manuella Gideon Sianturi and co-written with Giashinta Anggraeni, this film invites viewers to understand the meaning of caring through a simple yet meaningful story.
