Rita has just lost her best friend and housemate. She is sad, unmotivated and apathetic when she discovers an app on her phone that allows her to live other people's lives. Needing to change something in her life, she decides to install Appy and embark on the various experiences that the application has to offer. However, Rita does not realize that the errors in the application, still in the experimental phase, will cause irreparable consequences in her life.
