Aleksander Reed Skarlatos is an American politician and former Oregon Army National Guard soldier. He is a member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing Oregon's 4th House district, and since October 1, 2025, has served as deputy minority leader of the House. Prior to being elected, he came to prominence for his actions during the 2015 Thalys train attack.
